William IV (1830-37), Sovereign, 1832, second bare head right, nose points to second I in BRITANNIAR, stops after W.W. in trun., rev. crowned shield of arms (S.3829B; Bull 1024, Marsh 17). Good extremely fine. Some smoothing behind the head in the obverse field to conceal a scratch, otherwise a well struck example.
The Ensigns Armorial of the United Kingdom within a shield surmounted by a crown, in the centre a smaller shield containing the Hanoverian Arms, 'ANNO' and date below shield.
