The 2025 proof sovereign range will feature the sovereign in 3 different guises, the centre piece coins marking 200 years of the Hanoverian Royal Arms' first appearance on The Sovereign. Jean Baptiste Merlen's design will feature on the reverse of individual proof sovereigns, 3 and 5 coin sets. Available only in single format a small number of 2025 dated proof sovereigns featuring Pistrucci's classic St. George & Dragon design will be available alongside the main Royal Arms issue. In addition to the gold range, this years proof sovereigns will be joined by the first sovereigns to be struck in silver. The reverse featuring Pistrucci's classic St. George & Dragon.

The Royal Tudor Beasts Collection
The Tudor Dragon is the seventh coin in the Royal Tudor Beast series from the Royal Mint . Launched October 2021 the series when complete will depict all 10 Tudor Beasts of Henry VIII which stand on guard at the entrance to the famous Kings favourite Palace Hampton Court.
Holding a shield bearing the combined coats of arms, also known as impaled arms, of Henry VIII and Jane Seymour, the Queen’s Panther flanks the Moat Bridge of Hampton Court Palace eyeing any passer-by with the sharp gaze of a cunning predator. The shield it bears represents the union of Henry VIII and his third wife, Jane Seymour. The dexter, or the left side of the shield, splits Henry VIII’s arms into four – an amalgamation of those belonging to his ancestors before him – kings and queens, lords and ladies – and thus establishing his rightful position on the English throne. The sinister, or the right side of the shield, shows Jane Seymour’s Coat of Arms, which portrays her descent from five different families who bore Coats of Arms.

2024 Great Engravers Waterloo Medal - by Benedetto Pistrucci
Welcome to the next instalment of the sought after Great Engravers Collection, the Waterloo Medal by Benedetto Pistrucci. The medal commissioned in 1819 and not finished until 1849 was never struck at the time due to concerns that attempts to make working dies from the original work would destroy the work.
This is part one of a 2 coin series that will feature both the original reverse and obverse of the medal. Both coins in the series will feature the Martin Jennings portrait on their obverses.
Also available with proof silver finish - The four rulers of the nations triumphant at the Battle of Waterloo, surrounded by a mythological allegory evoking peace. Upon completion by Pistrucci, it was noted that "all the great men to whom it was intended that a specimen of the medal should be given were dead, save only the Iron Duke"

2024 King Charles III 'Buckingham Palace' £5 Crown Gold Proof
The Royal Mint in collaboration with Royal Collection Trust, have created these wonderfully designed coins to honour the rich history and heritage of Buckingham Palace.
Originally named as Buckingham House, and built for the Duke of Buckingham in 1703, it was acquired by King George III in 1761 as a private residence for Queen Charlotte. The house was significantly extended in the early 19th century, and was adopted as the official London home of the monarch in 1837 upon Queen Victoria's accession to the throne. The coin features the facade of the palace which has become one of the most iconic buildings in the world.

Celebrating the life and legacy of one of Britain's most loved Music Legends 'George Michael'. The reverse design by Sandra Deiana is inspired by the iconic music video for George's 1987 smash hit 'Faith'. Originally coming to prominence with his childhood friend Andrew Ridgeley when they formed the band Wham in 1981.
With a string of hits behind them, George set off on a solo career with his debut album 'Faith' being released in 1987, which has since sold over 25 million copies worldwide. George continued to have success with albums such as 'Older' and singles like 'Jesus to a Child' until his untimely death on Christmas Day 2016.
The Great Engravers 'Benedetto Pistrucci's ' Iconic St George & Dragon - Gold and Silver versions available
This series introduced in 2019 celebrates the work of the Royal Mint's great engravers over the past 200 years, recreating many of the iconic designs. Benedetto Pistrucci perhaps the most revered Coin engraver of all time joins the collection with one of, if not the most iconic designs ever to grace a British coin. The famous 'St George and dragon' first seen on the 1817 inaugural sovereign, and perfected for the 1818 Crown, with George now brandishing his sword is the subject of the latest addition to the sought after Great Engravers series.

There can be no more deserving organisation to be celebrated in British coinage than the men and women who have put their lives at risk, and in many cases lost them in their efforts to save those at peril upon our seas. The Seymour Unicorn is the fifth coin in the Royal Tudor Beast series from the Royal Mint . Launched October 2021 the series when complete will depict all 10 Tudor Beasts of Henry VIII which stand on guard at the entrance to the famous Kings favourite Palace Hampton Court.
Before being chosen by Henry VIII to flank the Moat Bridge of Hampton Court Palace, the unicorn was rarely used as a royal heraldic beast. The Tudor monarch’s decision to include it may lie in its symbolism, as the unicorn represents purity and fertility, and the king desperately needed the ‘gods of fertility’ to bless his third wife with a son who could perpetuate the dynasty. The unicorn is a mythical creature that appears in the Bible and was recognised by the ancient Greeks. It has an interesting biological composition, possessing the body of a horse with more often than not the cloven hooves and beard of a goat, a lion’s tail, and a slender, spiral horn on its forehead.
